SL320 (129) with 230 Alloys?

Hi
is it possible to fit 5 spoke SL230 alloys onto my 1995 SL320 (r129)? The r129 wheel studs don't have a long enough enough thread (up the shank) and are possibly of a lesser diameter. Will r230 bolts do the job?

230 wheels use 14mm wheel bolt so you would have to get the special bolts anyway, and the cone head is different.

These people sell them, and the ET of the 230 wheels is fine for the 129

Thanks for that! I have orded some today. I had visions of buying some R230 bolts and taking them to a machine shop and trying to reduced the thread from 14mm to 12mm!

That is an alternative, and it is just possible to do that, I have already done the sums and TPI for them.
