Hi all and happy new year! Noticed a ticking noise from under the bonnet and traced it to this - pic attached. Any ideas what it is and whether it should be ticking? EPC just says it's a sensor which doesn't help much...

Many thanks.

As I was only 7 that was nothing that I could do about it :(, or the incendiary bomb that missed our house by 300cm.

I could not remember that name, brings back lot of old memories of spending the nights under the stairs and going down to the shelters underground. Some of my neighbours had the Andersson shelters.
