hi to every body can any body tell me the good & the bad of a 1993 sl320
seen one black AMG body kit body works looks ok but seller 100 miles away
so only pic of car seller sed sold as seen as it is a trade in 132000 miles
part s/h so if you can help please post & thanks fozzy

The only thing on this model to check for is the condition of the wiring, this was the tail end of the cars with the Bio wiring, it mainly effects the wiring around the engine harness and the cables going into the main fusebox, 129 do not rust, do of coarse check that the hood works. The car was based on the 124 and all steering and suspension near enough the same.

It must also have its hard top. Check for respray on and around the boot. It's quite common for people to scratch this area when removing the roof as it is quite heavy. Apart from the stuff posted already, the usual rules apply for soft tops like damp and condition of interior etc. Don't know where you're based but a dealer has one on his forecourt near me. Azurite with mushroom, less miles and about 9 grand I think.

sorry to tell you all but the sl is not for me am sticking to my ce220 it just fells better for me but thanks every body for your help wifes keeping sl
