SL350 (2003) stuck in park

I gather this is a common problem, I understand what I need to do and the part I need to replace. Having taken all the necessary trim off to give me access, does anyone know of a video/instructions to remove the gear select module as there appears to be a pin in the way of the front fixing bolt.
Any help would be welcome cheers
