SL55 2003 Servicing Questions

Hi,
I will be servicing my car for peace of mind service and wish to get your experienced recommendations:

What are the best spark plugs to use?
What engine oil do you recommend?
What transmission oil do you recommend?
What differential oil do you recommend?
Can anybody confirm the engine oil filter part number?

Does anybody know the torque settings for:
Intake housing! I need to replace the gaskets.
Transmission pan bolts?
Spark plugs?
Valve covers?

My car has a full service history but I want to check and replace everything myself and than I know that they have been done.

What are the best spark plugs to use? Bosch FR6MPP332 or NGK ILFR6A. Go a step colder if the engine is tuned
What engine oil do you recommend? Mobil 1 or Shell Helix Ultra (OR MB Own 229.5 spec oil)
What transmission oil do you recommend? MB Gearbox oil (anything that meets 236.10)
What differential oil do you recommend? (MB 235.0)
Can anybody confirm the engine oil filter part number? A000 180 26 09

Does anybody know the torque settings for:
Intake housing! I need to replace the gaskets. When you say intake housing, do you mean the plenum tanks or the SC outlet.
Transmission pan bolts? not tight, 9NM or so.
Spark plugs? Normal Plug tightness, 20 NM or so.
Valve covers? Not tight, re-seal the breather tanks when you have them off and replace the ali bolts with steel ones.
