After cleaning what i could of green corrosion on the plugs, I have today carried out the voltage test after Malcolm's updated DIY.
I removed the b,bk wire from the CAN. With the door open and radio on, (to make the system active), whilst one CAN was good at 4.65v, I still got a high reading of 0.65v on the CAN that should be 0.025v. (It was 0.5v when the car should be sleeping too) I then replaced the b,bk wire, removed each plug and tested each time. Still got the high reading.
I also took out each plug and tested the voltage on each individual wire and this also showed the same high voltage on each of them!
Any idea what's going on ?
