SL55 - cheapest place for replacement passenger seat?

Hi, I found this forum through google.

I'm picking up an SL55 this week coming, but it has a damaged passenger seat. Can anyone recommend where I can get one at a reasonable price? Black in colour.

By reasonable I presume you mean used.
The main merc breakers in the uk are Dronsfields and MercMan (google them).
Failing that, I'd get exchange and mart and see who's breaking what.


Not sure if you've looked at repairs though. There are some excellent retrimmers out there these days too.

You can buy the piece that you want in the right colour from MB. I have removed the coverings on my seats,its quite easy if you are not of a nervous disposition.
