Slk 230 Gearbox Problem

Hi ,just Had A Replacement Auto Box In My 1998 230 Slk ,in S Mode On Slowing Down To 5 Mph It Feels Like There Is A Clonk In The Rear Like The Spare Wheel Is Lose But Its Not ,and When Pulling Away It Seems To Do The Same At 10/15 Mph On Changing Up ,all This Only Happens In S Mode ,in W Mode There Is No Problems ,can The Answer Be A Relay Problem As The Replacement Box And Terbo Fitted Has Been Fine For 400 Miles Since Fitting Can Any One Help

I would suggest getting it diagnosed on a star machine it may just need reseting

There is a good chance that what you describe is an adaption fault. Get someone with a star to clear and run the adaptions first.
