slk 230 r170 gearbox playing up

Today the car would not change gear form first for about 2 miles

stopped the car and when it was started again it seemed to run as normal
any ideas

If you need a gearbox let me know as somebody has fitted one to my e280 and I need the correct one .

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
Probably just needs codes clearing in the ECU, many do this,just turn off and back on and they can go for months
