Rear screen heater not working.No power on terminals at screen.Heater switch has power as the indicator light comes on.I guess there is a relay somewhere.Where do I find it.Have checked fuse and that is ok.

ps should add that my pse unit is faulty,would there be any connection to my heater fault.
