SLK 280 vs 350

Hi Folks.

I'm considering a late model SLK 280 or 350 (2yr old max.). Anything I should look out for? Is there a noticeable difference in performance between the two? What about fuel consumption? What is the general reputation of the official dealer network for servicing?
Lots of questions......I'd be very grateful for any comments!
