slk brake bleeding

I have just changed the discs and pads front and rear on my 2013 SLK 250d and am going to change brake fluid. Should I leave the electric parking brake in service mode while bleeding brakes or does it not matter. ? Thanks for any info.

Can't see it making any difference to be honest.

ok thanks might leave it in service mode till i have bled them,
