Hi Guys
Would really appreciate it someone could point me in the right direction.....In my wife’s SLK320 on an 02 Plate, we have started to have problems with both seats, with the forward and backwards adjustments, and also the height adjustment, in short no operation from the seats at all. However it appears that once the car has been running for a while both seats appear to start working. I know this may be a loose connection, but every time I try and move the seat from cold, nothing works. The wife then drives the car for around 20mins, then for no apparent reason both seats start to work.

Any Ideas would be really appreciated.

Happy new year to all :D

Hello Ivor a hard question you ask, starting with basics do make sure that you have 12.5 volts on the battery.

I am not sure if water problems affect the seats but I will check and maybe someone else will answer
