SLK Radio removal

Hye, I've just bought a 02 slk and love it. I'm trying to wire in my gps and pda wiring and am trying to get the Audio 10 radio/CD out. There are 2 slots left and right bottom edge. Do you have to slide some tool in?

Yes, if your friendly with you dealer / indie or auto elec ask them to pull out the radio for you. Although you can buy the keys from the likes of Dashmount.
Alternatively leave it in some city centre, although the Audio 10 has never been that popular with the t-leaves.
