SLK roof squeak, how to stop

Hello to all, I just bought a 1999 SLK 230 and it is great. A couple of questions, is there a way to reduce the roof squeaking at slow speeds? I know the age and general wear and tear as alot to do with it but on my old Honda Del Sol (removeable top) I would apply Armor-all to the track and that would do the job, is that possible here or is there another fix.

Alsl I need a Mercedes emblem that goes in the center of the stock wheel, if anyone out there has one.

my mum has a 2000 slk 320 and hers does the same. we put vaseline on all the places where the roof joins the car, i.e. the top of the windscreen, and on the roof where the windows join it - certainly worth a try and should be a cheap fix as well!!!
