Well it started with a squeaky roof. I want to Mercedes just to see if there was anything I could try.

The bloke showed me what part to lube.

Also he said that there should NOT be any grease on the tracks, the grease will pick up dirt and make it slow.

So my question is, how can I clean the grease and moving parts and apply ptfe lube instead.
