To set the scene.

Wifey and i went off to the jolly old Cotswolds for the weekend, with caravan of course!! and on Saturday morning, i suggested that we amble off to have a poke around Gloucester.  Well on the way i realised that we were going past the location of the April GTG, so i popped in so that i could show Helen the viewpoint where we met.

Well, it was all together a far better day than the day of the meet, notably absent were huge black clouds, and a piercing wind.

BUT, as well as my Merc there was also another 300TE!! the burning question is,  does this count as a GTG????

Clearly the Cotswolds is the place to be.

Speaking of other mercs, my dad has always liked the 190e (he currently drives a Rover 420...nice car, bit of a yawn though). Anyway whilst travelling to Southend the other week there was a red G plate 190 sat o the forecourt of a car sales place. It was immaculate in every sense...naturally i was rather jealous to say the least. I went home to tell him and the next day we shot up there to have a look. The 190 was there still looking good but hey...next to it was a P plate C200 in a very similar red, yet again near showroom condition with some superb MB alloys on it to boot. He went straight for the 'C' and asked the guy for the keys...25 minutes and a test drive later and the car was his......Git....thats the last time i do him any favours!!!

(ps im only jealous!!)

Matt.

I can only recommend that you bump off any brothers and sisters you might have, that way one day YOU will definately inherit the C class

Matt.

i've had a look at the offences listed on the fixed penalty ticket book, bumping off siblings is not listed, so its obviously ok!!

Matt,

Can't you paint your motor red and then do a cunning swap between your dad's new motor and yours, maybe he wont notice ;)
