Smaller front wheel as spare on rear ?

Hi...after much reading on this site and looking at charts I am struggling to find out if I can use a front wheel(7.5j et44 with tyre 225 45 18 ) as a spare on the rear which has (8j et56 245 40 18) . I realise it would definitely be a no no the other way round. Thanks for any advice.

Be sure the wheel bolts aren't so long they foul anything.

Thanks for reply...The alternative is to use a space saver 125/70/18...Which I also have.
