Hi have a Smart 451 CDI with no power (No boost).

Originally it would not rev passed 3000 RPM and It was throwing up an EGR fault so I removed the mixer tube and the EGR and cleaned out the soot and gung out of it. Cleared the codes but still has no power but will rev pass 3000rpm now. Scanned it again and its throwing a p2668 "Control unit N3/9 (CDI Control unit) has detected overload at component O2 sensor - Errorcode P2668".

Cleared the codes again and no fault codes have reappeared since then but there is still no power like there is zero boost. Does anyone here I can start from here before I go any further?

Thanks

Sounds a bit like MAF failed.
Mine just had a new turbo actuator as it was in limp home mode with no power.

Was it seized? I'm gonna have get the rear panels off to check this.

Just tried another code reader and its throwing up code P2133 " Throttle/Pedal Position sensor/Switch F Circuit High Input.

Try and get the air intake pipe off the turbo and see how much play is on the turbo. This would indicate if the turbo has gone if there is lots of play( side to side movement)

Very much doubt the turbo has failed

Just an update after being resting up in my garage. Exhaust is off and the compressor turbine is seized and its not spinning at all when the engine is running. It's weird because Icarsoft is showing 1 bar of boost.
