Hi I have advertised the car for sale, as I am loathed to spend more money on it, but before it sells I could take a quick look at the fault if anyone knows what it is. Basically it starts, runs, goes into gear either manual or auto, but on pulling away it hesitates as if the rear brakes are stuck on then goes. I have checked the brakes and freewheel of the car, but it must be something else, maybe simple. I do not think that it is the gearbox actuator as it goes into gear ok, it is just the pulling away from standstill.

They do hesitate by design, they’re a manual with an auto-clutch and it takes awhile for gearbox to work out what you’re wanting to do.

Thank you for the reply. No this is like it's being held back then the wheels spin and your off. I have driven these before and this isn't normal.
