This survey is being sent to local councillors, speed watch members and Road Safety affiliated organisations to gain justification for raising increased fine revenue from motorists.

I am posting on here as a motoring enthusiast forum to re-address the obvious imbalance and would encourage as many as possible to complete the quick survey....

Then I also have to make up an appropriate post code for that area, so it would feel fraudulent.
I did want to do the survey but it is obviously not intended for Scotland.

Scotland have wonderful empty roads with sparse enforcement, you are ok enjoy your wonderful Countryside!

There is currently 7 active sites for permanent average speed cameras in Scotland, with the announcement in the past few days of an additional 2 sites planned.
I am assuming there will be far more in England although I don't know how this compares relative to area.
I was involved in a conversation about speed cameras recently, and one persons response was "don't speed and there is no problem"

My problem is that I see a lot dangerous road users in my neck of the woods, its just that they're mostly cyclists (wrong side of the road, ignoring traffic lights, dark clothing and no lights at night, assuming that all car drivers will miss them)! I can't see that being covered in the survey.
