soft top products

i have seen products for sale on ebay to reguvinate the soft top and products to clarify the plastic windows once the plastic windows have started going opaque is it a done deal or can the quality be improved at all?and could an old soft top (92 sl) benifit by any thing than a good clean pressure washing brought the black colour back thanks for looking mark

Have used Renovo(not sure about spelling) on my old fadded 350SL and the rear window stuff. It certainly brought back the black color but was not too convinced about the window cleaner.
Had to treat the top once a year.

Hind Sight

works really well on my SL's plastic windows. I have heard that BMW's plastic window treatment is pretyy good as well.

MB's hood cleaner and treatment is actually Swissol's products as they are OEM for MB. I've used loads of this bith under MB brand lable and also Swissol's and love it, the cleaner really does take the ingrained dirt out of the hood and the protectorant does as it says on the bottle, adds good protection.
