Solid to vented disc advice

My E250 14 plate currently has solid rear discs which are 10mm when brand new. I see there is also an option for vented rear discs which are 22mm. Is it possible to swap to vented?

I don't think so without changing the calliper.

Like above if the new disc is 10mm then that the size you must use ..Fit larger disc you wont get the new disc pads in the gap provided in the caliper ...so for larger discs like 22mm you will need to change the calipers.

As mentioned you need calipers. The mountings may also be different. For a road car there is little or no point.
