Hi guys.
Just registered on here!
I live in Somersert (Clevedon).
My name is Jon, and i'm 31.
I've had many, many cars over the years, but Mercs are my favourite
I've had a couple of W126's, W201's, and W124's.
My current motor is a 1985 W123 230E. Signal Red, auto.
I love working on cars and am quite a competant mechanic and pretty good at bodywork and paint too.
I'm am definatly of the opinion that "they don't build 'em like they used to" :razz:

I am also into Jags as well, with lots of experience of XJ40's and X300's. They're not built like a Benz though!

I'll be down at Three Pointed Parts at the end of October, and hope to meet some of you there.

I had one of the last 4.2 Mk2 E-type convertibles when I was married.

Primrose yellow, black leather seats, black top, chrome wire wheels.

Ahhhhh..........................

Was forced to sell it when I got divorced.

Doubled my money on it over 5 years.

Many complained over the brakes,,but they were not bad and 10 x better than on the XK120,,nice cars back then
