My In-laws took their Lexus IS250 for a service last week and they were given a free bottle of Champagne and they were treated like Royalty!!!

Anyone had similar service from MB?

Depends what you class as free I'm sure its built into the price somewhere...

Talking about FREE - last weekend at the local Estate Agents in Spain, a couple of properties were offering a FREE CAR with the house purchase. Thats how bad the housing market is getting

Maybe in a while, a free house will be offered with a car..!!

I once got a fantastic free car wash and waxing with a service at an MB dealer..service was only about £270 but on the way home discovered they forgot to do the service...yep! I guess it was because the service centre was only open a few weeks and they were still learning.

Lexus, if you read the Lexus story, put customer service at the very top of the list. Even still they are way ahead.

How much did the service cost, and what sort was it????

Was it an expensive bottle or just some Tescos Cava???
