This is my favourite modern Benz. Beautiful car, and the first MB that I really noticed. I occasionally see one floating around our neighborhood, in the summer,and it still has such presence on the road. I can't think of many 80's cars that still have that.

And it sold for peanuts. If it wasn't 3000 miles away it would be in my garage by now.

Well spotted Keith, but don't these North American bumpers just make a big car really hug? That has to be 2 Tesco spaces long.

I noted on picture 7 that the seat bolster suffers in the equivalent place on a LHD car. Do they carry their wallets in the "left hip pocket" I wonder?

Too true if it got yr round use.:lol: But it would be a summer weekend user only up here.
