sony cd autochanger

I recently purchased a 1998 S' reg A160 Elegance and it has an upgraded Sony cd/tuner (CDX-C580R). if this is a factory upgrade on MB's, can you get a cd autochanger to match. if so, does anyone have one and can they give me the model number. even better, is it for sale?

It should have an indication on the front to say if it does, alternatively have a look at the back for inputs - there'd be 2, one for audio and one for the bus control cable.
