Spare wheel for the C class

Is it a "5th alloy" or a steelie on a 99'....because I have a 5 stud steelie there but when I put it on yesterday the hole at the hub of the wheel was to big for the hub on the car, plus the bolt's wouldn't go in far enough.

If your normal wheels are alloy, and your spare is steel, you should have included another set of studs as they are different lenghts
