Spare wheel for the C class

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I though it would get more looks in here...


Is it a "5th alloy" or a steelie on a 99'....because I have a 5 stud steelie there but when I put it on yesterday the hole at the hub of the wheel was to big for the hub on the car, plus the bolt's wouldn't go in far enough.

Am I being boycotted because of my opinion's of the law on another post...lol......I'm only only asking as I think I need a wheel.

Had a quick look at ours, and it's a stell wheel. Looks like an emergency wheel. It's not been used yet, so having siad that...it's a dead cert we're gonna get a puncture! Just tempting fate!

Not sure about the hole issue, but normally there's a different set of bolts for the steel spare.

Cheers guy's & Fiona.....yea I found that out today that there should have been a diffirent of wheels bolt's why I got from a new guy near me that's specialising in breaking German car's.

My '99 C220cdi came with an alloy spare to match all the others. Don't know if this was an option or not.

My '97 C200 Sport has a standard 6 spoke alloy wheel as a spare.
