so ..... the obvious question is .... what should be in the middle where my foldable chock is stowed?

I didn't think think the chock would actually fit in the rectangle ....

Was is the plastic sealed pack containing the 4 shorter wheel bolts for the steel wheel?

The short bolts are in the plastic packet on the very left of the photo
