hi all how often should spark plugs be changed?

What car is it?
My C43, its recommended to replace them every 4 years, or 60,000miles i believe.

Hi,
On my C230K the plugs get changed every service (9,000 miles), but its serviced by a independant.
It appears from my service book for my 1997 C230K that MB recommend every 18,000 miles or 2 years.
