I don't know one, I'm sorry. I use MB at Southampton and have found them very good. Most MB dealers will do a discount for older cars. Some do 10% off parts over 3 years old and 20% off labour. And 20% off parts and 40% off labour for cars over 6 years old. Seems to pay to haggle.

Its all a long way from me but I would travel that bit, and I have to see Prestige as my air con has packed up, its full of gas so no leaks

Well I did 4k mile in the 5 week trip to Sweden, it was a great trip and the air con went when nearly home,,I cleaned it yesterday so I must still love it more than I love myself.

I managed 145 mph but ran out of road before I could take a picture, so that only shows 130 mph.

I do not have any other hobbies so not too bad

it is lymington i actually live in new milton now tho . thanks for the help ,having my car serviced locally on thursday . but will use mb dealership next time.

Startech in Poole are very good. Have STAR and are MB trained.

Can recommend Bursledon Motors in Durley (near Hedge End), always been excellent. Bit of a trip from Bournemouth but you can always spend some of the money you save in the big M&S while you are waiting!

I've spoken to them on a couple of occasions and had some work done in the summer including tranny oil change and stiff throttle problem. Always excellent service - prices very reasonable. I don't know if any of you have experienced that feeling of 'dealer rage' which I've known so many times with Ford, Nissan, Vauxhall et al. Well whatever the opposite is of dealer rage is what you get with PKF
