Speed units

I was wondering if anyone know if/how the units on this part of the display can be changed from kph to mph?

Don't think you can, some Euro law IIRC

There's normally a menu option under car settings that allows you to change the units, however, on UK spec. cars the secondary speed indicator (that you've highlighted) always displays the speed in the alternative measurement units.
