I am new to mercedes, so please excuse my ignorance. I have noticed the the speedo on my 2002 clk is not showing a true speed, (outside lane passing most cars and its showing 40mph). Also the sound on the Navigation system has gone completley. Can any one please advise.

Could the speedo be reading KPH instead of MPH?
I had this problem when I had a new dash display fitted. Had to be re programmed at the dealers.

the fault could be the speed acquisition module, I think you will have to get the fault code read out that will have been stored, cant see any other way around it.
