speedo working

Hi posted about speedo not working thanks for the help got it going ,but?? it dosnt move until about 20mph could this be because its not moved for weeks or do i have another problem somewhere else oh! sorry problem in first place was a blown fuse next to ov relay beside ecu .

When this happens its often the stop pin on the speedo becomes sticky, and the needle sticks and start working when the car has gathered enough speed.

Its a matter of taking out the cluster and changing the rubber on the stop pin on the face

Thanks just done a search and found info in previous threads think i will just live with it lol dnt want to start taking thing out that iv no clue about.

is this easy to do or should i just live with it can the cluster come out without the pins?
