Correct! well nearly, removed the plate holder, never really liked it, thought it spoiled the back end, to bulky, so finally got around to, doing it, looks great, much cleaner looking, and less fussy, as for fitting it, couldn't us sticky pads/tape nowt to stick to, as it's got 4 raised screw things fitted, so screwed the top and 3M'd the bottom.

And mine don't, Andy Seriously though, s'pose it's neater looking without screws, but I can live with it, getting some new plates anyway might have a go then.
Gonna have a go at the front plate too although that will be harder to do.
