sprinter 311cdi 2009 flashing dashboard lights

hi hope someone can help. today my sprinter developed a electrical fault. The brake and handbrake lights keep flashing the hazard lights work but not on the dash correctly the radio keeps cutting in and out. The dash came out the other day due to heater matrix going but it has been fine since until today. Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks Mick
