B]HELP!.
I have a 1996 312 Sprinter with 169k. Last few months spongy brakes-to, nearly No Brakes! in 1 week. Bleed System, air from osr, & nsf, but no fluid loss.
Two days later, brakes start going soft again, bleed system, air again, but no fluid loss from m/cyl!.
And so on every week or so, Its driving me Mad!

Anyone got any ideas PLEASE!

Wouldn't think so. Only can be one of two things then IMO, air in the system which you haven't purged properly, or a fluid leak. I would start with bleeding again - start with the longest pipe run first and work progressively to the shortest. See if there's any improvement. Check all the wheel cylinders for signs of wetness too.
