Sprinter 313 water damage.

[Sick of this van]

Hi everyone, looking for some help as my head is battered. Long story short, I left the van door open in the rain and the dash and ignition got soaked. I left the van running with the heater on to dry the seat and when I went back to the van the wipers were working even though not switched on, and warning lights on the cluster were on. I turned the van off and went to turn back on but the key wouldn't even turn in the ignition. Thought the battery had gone flat so charged overnight, this made no difference. After checking fuses etc I took out the EIS and the PCB had burned out. Sent it away and got a new EIS coded off the old one. I've fitted that to the van and the van now starts, however I'm getting the following warnings on the cluster , brake distribution fault, ABS fault, ESP visit workshop, alternator visit workshop, exhaust filter drive at high engine speed, emergency light active. Also the indicators when turned on flash a few times normally then fast as though a bulbs gone, and only the back doors lock off the fob. Any help will be much appreciated it. Thanks
