Sprinter 3g (2021) luton box van light inside the cargo area

Hi there guys. I have a sprinter luton van
i tried to install a extra light so that when you walk into the back
that the light would come on. I piggy backed the one in their already
and the pos and neg wires touched

I tried to find the fuse that has blown but cant find it anywhere.

Can anyone help with fuse or relay number and location ?

Anything else not working?

If it’s an aftermarket body added to a Mercedes‘ chassis cab then it could be a bit of a challenge to find where the coach builders made the connections. And if they added an additional fuse box in anywhere.

I‘d check your normal cab lights work and check the fuses in the cab first.

We’ve a few sprinter owners on here that will no doubt give some further advice once they see this thread.

So far i have traced what i believe is a feed coming from the drivers seat fuse box over to the passenger side then it goes out under the seat into the luton box - not 100% sure but this is what it looks like. It has the same tested sticker on both ends of the cable - in the fuse area and in the luton box but the weird thing is that it dosent seem to go into the fuse loom .

So far everything else seems to be working. tail gate
