Sprinter automatic gearbox

Hi all. I have a 2008 sprinter automatic recovery truck. And the gearbox has stopped going in the semi-auto and will only stay in the first gear, when in drive. Do anyone no if this is the gearbox or and an electrical problem. And do anyone know with i could locate the gearbox code thanks

It's likely to be a 722.6 but more likely to be an electrical issue rather than mechanical. Have you had it on any sort of diagnostics?

Ok thank mate, yes I have had it on a diagnostics but I cant remember what it said. But it was something about control panel or something like that. But can find out tomorrow. Thanks
