Nothing urgent but been trying to get to get to the bottom of this for ages now.
When you turn the ignition on the first time you will get a double click from the bcm module in the left footwear, if you then start the van u will have a esp error and it will be in limp mode with the mil lit.
But if you turn on the ignition let it double click, turn the ignition off and then on again within 10 secs (if you wait more than 10 there is a single click and your back to the beginning) and start everything is normal.
What I have tried.
1. Replaced the BCM
2. Replaced all the relays
3. Disconnected the Gĺow plug module
4. Disconnected the ESP module
Only if you start the van on the first switch on do u get a MIL which will then clear after 3 good starts.
Its almost like a module is not starting quickly enough.
It's one of those has anyone else had thre same problem?
