Turn the wheel to the right it’s developed a squeak , also the right wheel sounds like something is rubbing when going over bumps etc (metal against metal) it’s driving fine
Had it into local garage today and they are saying all the bushes were “dry” and they have lubed them all up , I was told to keep driving the car for the lube to set in properly ?
ive had it out tonight and it’s not any different
Anyone else had this problem ?

cheers

Sounds like a ball joint on the way out, unlikely to be a suspension bush. This Youtube should help.

Yep had the same issue with my 2012 CL500. This car does not do a huge mileage and it started on a longer trip during a weeks holiday. I have lubed all the bushes and after a few days it has started to quieten down. I am reasonably confident the noise will totally disappear over the next week or two.

This will most probably be the lower control arm ball joint. Very common on C / E class. Had mine replaced at just 45k miles.

Could be a worn lower control arm bushing also.
