Squeal that stops when the brake is pressed

I am having an issue that is the reverse of what most people have - after about 10 minutes of driving a squealing noise comes from the front of the car - when the brake is pressed (hard or light - it doesn't matter)) this stops, as soon as the brake is released it starts again. Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this?

Brake squeal

 Look at your front brake discs, do you see a pencil line on either of the discs?

You could have a sticking brake pad or a stuck piston in the calliper, by removing the pads and cleaning out the channels, then applying the correct grease would be the first thing to do.
