squeal/whistle on cold startup

Hi all hope you are good.
I bought a used merc b200 amg line 2019 3 days ago and when i start it on cold mornings or after its been left for a while I get and squeal/chirping noise what seems to be coming from the belts turning.
once the car has warmed up it seems to go and doesn't return until the next cold start. ????
has 33k on clock.
Any feedback would be appreciated

Use a spray bottle and fill with water .Start the car from cold and when you hear the noise just spray the water on to the belt in one place it will get caried through the pullys and see if stops right away .

The auto tensioners for the poly v belt are known for failure on this model.
