SRC Light on

i have a 05 c230 kompressor and the SRC light is on with 3 codes 91C3 9203 9007 i use my snap on scanner clear the codes they immediately reappear on data its showing 2 front seat belts active and when i plug up seat belts it showing locked in but the 2 rear are showing inactive i removed rear seat and the tensioners are not retracted i ohm'd both tensioners reads OL then reverse leads 0.01 ohms both read the same now I'm lost what to do next anywhere to find a diagnostic chart ? the car has not been in a wreck to my knowlege there is no dents or anything on car thanks in advance for any help
