SRS help

Has anyone else had problems with the be SRS light and passenger seat belt warnings on the dash that says drive to the garage? The car is an 05 SLK280. I had an emulator fitted under the passenger seat at a garage, well 2 actually and neither solved the problems.

Really silly question ,have you checked seat belt yellow connector under seat ?
Just changed seat belt clip and disconnected yellow plug ,when I moved car that warning came up and disappeared when yellow plug re connected . Has garage broken seat belt wire or left it out ?

Thanks for your reply, I will check. The lights came on before taking it to my garage so they haven't broken anything

hope you get sorted ,my sometimes unwelcome view..IF twas SMART tech fault code telling you what IS the issue would appear in dash display on key position before cranking .. then whether you see dealer or tackle the matter yrself is a relatively simple matter and again in my view something of this order should be a legal requirement on cars seemingly built to keep dealerships busy and owners as perpetual ,mostly unwilling victims .
