SRS -Stays light on

Just bought SLK 230 82k.(Yesterday)

Just issued new MOT
Dealer says not to worry??( is this dangerous)

Its fitted extra with Gifford alarm -- also standard Mercedes alarm (Very hard to set keeps bleeping when trying set)

Heater on at full blast

Steering wheel wont adjust

The srs light remaining on means that the air bag is disabled due to a fault.......

Regarding the MOT......the air bag (srs light) is not a test item and therefore the light remaining on (airbag disabled) would not cause a fail of the test.

As for the other faults, inc the srs fault,.........talk to the dealer....they need rectifying.
