This may sound funny...
I can lower the rear windows from the central console but i cannot raise them back. Whereas I can lower and raise from its window individual switch...
Is it a matter of synchronization or what?
Any ideas???

Im not sure but if the system is the plain old electrical system with no electronics have a close look at the wiring among the switches for loose or broken wires, also it could be wiring to the door as it passes thru the rubber belows on the door pillar, odd that its both sides though.

I have had trouble with the window switches getting full of dirt (presumably fag ash) thru their top suface being flat to the centre console, they can with care and some gently applied crowbarring be opened (beware - flying springs), cleaned and reassembled.

The power for the window switches is taken from a different earth on the doors than that on the console, hence your (cars) strange behavior.

Finding a wiring diagram may be difficult, MB seem to change electrical layout from month to month.
