I have a 2004 W209 CLK which has electronically folding mirrors, but I would like to them to fold in automatically when locking the car. I have searched on the on-board menu for this option but with no luck. Can this be activated with STAR?

Thanks

It should be possible, you need someone who has STAR and knows how to do it.

Is there anybody in the Liverpool/London area with STAR who would be willing to this for me in exchange for a few beer tokens?

No one is going to do it for under £25 owing to the cost of the equipment

Our 2003 CLK has an option for it in the menus, I think...

When I get my STAR, I shall adapt the thing to do other things, just to be different
If you can figure out a way of calculating the SCN codes without going to Mercedes, I'd be interested! The ML500 is all SCN coded, nothing can be changed, such as enabling the sidewinder rockets :)

Ive seen the odd Chinese service offering to generate the SCN codes for you, but Ive not seen the sale of a package which will do it for you!

Id be seriously interested in getting my ML re-coded to remove the UK limitation as miles per hour is useless in Europe! The C220, being ordered in Europe is not restricted so you can freely set Miles/Km for all parameters and display.
